Each accommodation includes a Kuranda cot, comfy blankets, and bedding, along with bowls and supervised activities several times a day in our large playgrounds. Your dog will enjoy snacks after playtime, television, and plenty of personal love and attention from our dedicated staff, all with over 30 years of experience in the canine industry. Additionally, we offer certified dog grooming, certified dog training, and certified canine service work training to ensure your furry friend receives the best care possible. Enjoy comfortable lodging with a Kuranda cot and a cozy blanket at our dog boarding facility. We offer all-day socialization and play, ensuring your pet has a great time. Our charges are per day, regardless of whether you drop off in the morning or afternoon hours. If you pick up in the morning, you are not charged for that day. From 8-16 weeks of age, your pup can participate in our 5 Daycare program (one week) that includes 2 training sessions each day. This program focuses on confidence building through positive associations and socialization, as well as general obedience with appropriate greeting manners. Please note that the pup does NOT stay overnight for dog boarding. At the end of the week, there will be one private (one hour) meeting to discuss the progress made in our certified dog training sessions. For additional services, we also offer certified dog grooming to keep your furry friend looking their best.
Over 16 weeks of age, our Dog Daycare program offers 10 sessions with 2 training sessions per day, making it ideal for reinforcing skills through certified dog training and building confidence. After 2 weeks, you will also enjoy a one-hour private meeting. (Monday - Friday, pups do NOT stay overnight). This program is a great way for your pup to engage in socialization in a safe and structured environment, and it complements our certified canine service work training and certified dog grooming services.
For pups with a solid foundation who need a refresher, this program enhances impulse control and reactions to distractions, helping to manage excitement and improve patience. Designed to master advanced skills and boost confidence, this boot camp is perfect for dogs preparing for certified canine service work training. Our one-week overnight boot camp runs Monday to Friday and includes one hour of private meeting at pick up, ensuring your dog is ready for certified dog training and enjoys the benefits of dog boarding and dog daycare.
Join our TWO week board & train program, ideal for dogs over 6 months of age, featuring 2 training sessions per day. Our certified dog training focuses on essential obedience cues and loose leash training while ensuring positive socialization in new environments to build confidence amidst distance and distractions. We help establish healthy routines and reinforce good behavior, addressing specific behavioral issues. Additionally, we offer certified canine service work training and certified dog grooming services. The package includes a one-hour private meeting at pick up, making it a perfect complement to dog boarding or dog daycare options.
FOUR week board & train! For dogs over 6 months of age, we offer 2 training sessions per day. Prior completion of the 2 week board & train is required. This program strengthens skills by reinforcing advanced obedience through real-life situations, focusing on Canine Good Citizen behavior and mastering loose lead techniques. We address reactive behaviors and behavioral thresholds, while enhancing recall and boundaries, increasing distance and distractions. This intensive training is part of our certified dog training program. Additionally, it includes one hour of private meeting at pick up, ensuring all aspects of dog boarding and dog daycare needs are met, including options for certified dog grooming.
Addressing behavioral issues such as aggression, anxiety, reactivity and triggers, fear, separation anxiety, resource guarding, pack instability, territorial aggression, and dominance aggression is crucial in the realm of certified dog training. Through certified canine service work training, we can desensitize and counter-condition to triggers while managing behaviors to set up each pup for success. The duration of this process depends on the individual progress of your dog, whether at dog boarding or during dog daycare.
Open to ALL pups up to one year of age. Owners MUST attend all 6 classes to ensure effective learning. In these sessions, you'll learn essential skills that form the foundation for all learning, including pre Canine Good Citizen skills. This is an excellent start not only for certified dog training but also for those interested in certified canine service work training. Plus, it sets the stage for future services like certified dog grooming and dog boarding, as well as socialization at Dog Daycare!

Our program welcomes both purebred and mixed breeds, with no age requirement. This is an advanced level of the Canine Good Citizen program. There is no age limit; however, the pup MUST have a CGC test on record with AKC. Hours are Monday -Friday 8:00-10:00 am or 4:00-6:00 pm. Saturday is 9:00-11:00am or 3:00-5:00pm. Sunday is 3:00-5:00pm. Gate is open by appointment only. Happy Dog is open 365 days a year for boarding, training or grooming, however we are closed for transactions on all holidays.
